Shipping & Returns:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 24 business hours from receipt of the order. For example, if you place an order on a Monday, it will ship Tuesday, however, if you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.

A shipping fee of $1.50 will be added to all orders except m-Card reloads.

For m-Card reloads, please note that it can take a further 72 hours for the reload information to work its way through our fleet.  Please keep this in mind and allow enough lead time for your order to be completed.

m-Cards & Metrobus passes are non-refundable.
