In the event that we would have to suspend or terminate service due to weather conditions, we will, when possible, provide 2 hours notice through our website, Ride Guide (722-9400) and local media.
On board WiFi update Last updated 1/9/2018 10:00:42 AM
The on board WiFi service has not been reliable for the past several weeks and is now not available on most buses.
We have begun installing new equipment on board and should have 30% of our fleet operating with WiFi early in January 2018. Installation was delayed due to a weather-related shipping issue. Once we have 30% of our fleet upgraded, we will monitor performance and ensure service is reliable before upgrading our entire fleet.
We will continue to update this list as WiFi equipment is installed on additional buses.
We apologize for the poor WiFi service over the past several weeks and assure you we are working to improve the service for customers.
Information on bus shelter upgrades Last updated 9/15/2017 3:49:36 PM
As we continue to upgrade our existing bus shelters to become fully wheelchair accessible, there will be a period of time between when a shelter is removed and a new, accessible one is installed -- this is because once the old shelter is removed, we have to pour additional concrete to accommodate the larger, accessible shelter.
Also, due to a back-order situation with the supplier of accessible shelters, you may encounter a smaller shelter than what was previously installed in some locations. Once the new shelters are delivered in the Spring of 2018, they will be installed throughout the City.
There will be three locations that will not have a shelter in place until next Spring; these locations appear below:

Portugal Cove Road (next to the former Escasoni complex)
Blackmarsh Road (Dominion)
